We want to play our part to help produce the next generation of professional leaders in the industry.

Our graduate programme helps develop some of the most sought after young professionals in the sector, including some who are accredited members of the Institution of Professional Engineers of New Zealand (IPENZ).

What is our Graduate Development Programme?

At the end of your time in the Graduate Development Programme, typically three to four years, you'll be well on your way to becoming one of the most sought after professionals in your industry. Right from the start, you'll be getting to use the knowledge and skills you've learned in your study to work on real projects, with the support of experienced colleagues.

Why join our Graduate Development Programme?

Our programme is tailored to support graduates in realising their potential. Being part of it means we commit to your future as a professional. In return for your energy, passion, commitment and participation, we will provide you with:

  • work in a dynamic and challenging environment with clients, contractors, consultants and council stakeholders
  • the opportunity to apply your knowledge so you can discover your strengths and where you might want to specialise
  • the opportunity to work on some of the largest infrastructure projects in New Zealand with some of the country’s leading experts in your field
  • support towards professional registration in your field
  • the opportunity to work around the country
  • coaching and mentoring for your ongoing career development
  • a competitive salary and regular performance-based reviews.

We have 11 offices, from Whangarei to Dunedin, so we may have a graduate role where you want to be.

  • civil engineering (Washington Accord recognised)
