Provisional ratings are an interim indication of performance, based on information collected over a six month period only. They do not constitute an official rating under the ORS, which requires information to be collected over a two year period.
The provisional ratings will not be made public. They have been provided to operators so that they have an opportunity to address any issues before the ratings become public.
Ratings will be published some time in 2013.
