Auckland overnight motorway closures 21-27 October

The NZ Transport Agency advises of the following closures for motorway improvements. Closures start at 9pm and finish at 5am, unless otherwise stated. Work delayed by bad weather will be completed at the next available date, prior to Friday, 26 October.

NORTHERN MOTORWAY (SH1)

  • Southbound lanes between Upper Harbour Highway off ramp and Tristram Avenue on ramp 23 October
  • Upper Harbour Highway southbound on ramp 23 October
  • Onewa Road northbound off ramp 25 October (approx 10:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
  • Stafford Road northbound off ramp 25 October (approx 10:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
  • Curran Street northbound on ramp 25 October

CENTRAL MOTORWAY JUNCTION (SH1 & SH16)

  • (SH1) Fanshawe Street northbound on ramp 23 - 24 October (approx 10:30p.m to 5:00a.m)
  • (SH1) Southbound lanes between Fanshawe Street off ramp and Hobson Street on ramp 23 October (approx 10:30p.m to 5:00a.m)

SOUTHERN MOTORWAY (SH1)

  • Northbound lanes between Market Road off ramp and Gillies Avenue on ramp 23 - 25 October (approx 11:00p.m to 5:00a.m)
  • Bombay northbound off ramp 24 October (approx 7:00p.m. to 11:00p.m.)
  • Bombay northbound on ramp 24 October (approx 11:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)
  • Northbound lanes between Bombay off ramp and Ramarama on ramp 24 October (approx 11:00p.m. to 5:00a.m.)

NORTHWESTERN MOTORWAY (SH16)

  • Eastbound lanes between Brigham Creek Road roundabout and Royal Road on ramp 25 October
  • Westbound lanes between Royal Road off ramp and Brigham Creek Road roundabout 24 October
  • Hobsonville Road eastbound on ramp 25 October

UPPER HARBOUR HIGHWAY (SH18)

  • Westbound lanes between Hobsonville Road off ramp and SH16 25 October

SOUTHWESTERN MOTORWAY (SH20)

  • Massey Road southbound on ramp 23 October
  • Southbound lanes between Massey Road off ramp and Puhinui Road on ramp 23 October
