The NZ Transport Agency advises of the following closures on SH18 for motorway improvements.
- SH18 westbound to SH16 eastbound link closed 8pm – 6am on Sunday 21 – Monday 22 August
- One westbound lane between Squadron Drive and Brigham Creek Road (including the Squadron Drive off-ramp) closed 9am – 4pm on Monday 22 – Wednesday 24 August
- One eastbound lane between Brigham Creek Road and Squadron Drive (including the Squadron Drive on-ramp) closed 9am – 4pm on Wednesday 24 - Thursday 25 August
