SH16 closure at Huapai

The NZ Transport Agency (NZTA) advises that State Highway 16 (SH16) will be closed on Wednesday 29 July, between 12pm and 1pm:

  • All lanes will be closed between Foster Road and Trigg Road, Huapai

Matua Road in Huapai will also be closed between 9am and 3pm.

Motorists are advised to follow the signposted detour route. The closures are required for a Kiwirail rail safety exercise to take place.
