Anyone purchasing goods and services from contractors, consultants or transport operators to deliver activities funded through the National Land Transport Programme (NLTP) must use an approved procurement procedure. We are working towards a new procurement environment supported by a new Procurement manual. The manual is a principles-based document that contains tools and guidelines to help ensure best value for money spent and to encourage competition and efficiency in the market.
