NZ Transport Agency

The NZ Transport Agency contributes to an integrated, safe, responsive and sustainable land transport system, in support of the updated New Zealand Transport Strategy. We work in partnership with regional and local authorities, the transport industry and communities to achieve this.

Manukau City Council

Manukau City Council is working in partnership with the project team to complete the formation for the Manukau Rail Link, as well as elements of Te Ara O Puhinui, a footpath that will follow the Puhinui Stream from sea to source.

The motorway is being constructed by Leighton Works, a joint venture formed by Leighton Contractors and DownerEDiWorks.

As the Principal's Agent Maunsell AECOM in association with GHD is currently managing the management, surveillance, and quality assurance of the project and has been intimately involved from the outset.
