Planning, programming and funding manual
This manual will guide the 2009-12 regional land transport programmes (RLTPs) and the National Land Transport Programme (NLTP) – the first three-year transport programmes. It sets out policy and procedures for developing and managing the RLTPs and NLTP during those cycles.

Regional land transport programme (RLTP) guidelines for three-year period 2009-12
These guidelines apply to all approved organisations for the preparation of their 2009-12 RLTPs.
