Application for Category A left-hand drive vehicle permit

This form is to be used to apply for Category A left-hand drive vehicle permit for a specified class MA vehicle that is less than 20 years old.

Do not use this form if your vehicle was entry certified before 1 April 2010. Instead use the Application for exemption from land transport vehicle rules form.
