New look crash analysis reports now available
As part of the NZTA’s commitment to the government’s Safer Journeys Strategy, we’ve revamped our crash analysis reports. We’ve consolidated the territorial authority based reports of the past into 13 regional reports, to offer a wider regional perspective.
The new-look 'Briefing Notes: Crash Analysis' identify Safe System approach issues in regional areas, and assists in the monitoring of Safer Journeys.
The information assists territorial authorities to monitor the results of road safety initiatives that they have undertaken, and in their land transport planning to help build a safe system across New Zealand.
