NZDL conduct practical tests on behalf of the NZTA. If the customer wishes to dispute a test result or complain about a testing officer employed by NZDL, they must complete this form and send it to NZDL. NZDL will investigate the matter and respond to the customer. Should the customer be dissatisfied with NZDL's response, the customer can request NZTA review the matter. NZDL's response to the customer will include process for asking NZTA to review the matter.
