EEM software part 2

Part 2 of the EEM software contains full procedures calculations for travel times and vehicle operating costs. The travel time values correspond to EEM1 amendment 2. However, the vehicle operating cost values have not yet been updated and correspond to the values in EEM1 amendment 1, and therefore require the appropriate update factor to be applied.

Note: Part 2 of the software is being updated to include the latest vehicle operating cost values, and will be released as soon as it is available.
