Economic evaluation manual - volume 2 (EEM2)

The Economic evaluation manual - volume 1 (EEM1) is a companion to EEM volume 2. Economic evaluation software is also available on this website.

EEM2 is available in PDF format, it can be downloaded free of charge. Hard-copies can be orderd for $150.00 (including postage and GST) using the order form.

Note: a technical amendment to NZ Transport Agency's Economic Evaluation Manuals Volumes 1 & 2 was released on 14 May 2010 resulting in the re-release of the manuals and are effective from 1 January 2010. The PDFs have been updated on the website, and a list of the changes to the manuals can be found in the technical amendment document (PDF, 67 KB).
