This document contains information on our current best estimates for tendering and evaluation periods for professional services contracts over the period of 2011/12 - 2014/15.

The programme includes all consultancy phases (Investigation, Design & MSQA), for projects with a physical works expected cost greater than $4million.

The following information is also included within the programme:

• The current expected physical works cost estimate, as defined within SM014 Cost Estimation Manual.
• Phase(s) to be tendered.
• Proposed procurement route for engagement (tendered, negotiated or awarded).
• A graphical representation of the total value of the monthly programmed workload.
