These documents describe the process of assessment of business cases which is a key component of the Transport Agency’s Investment Decision Making (IDM) System.

Following on from the recent delivery of the two new Investment Assessment Framework (IAF) modules in our Learning Zone, we are continuing to provide additional information on the ‘Assessment of the Business Case’. The attached documents are designed to assist you in your conversations with investment partners to ensure the principles of the business case approach (BCA) have been applied.

We will soon be launching another suite of BCA modules on the strategic case phase of the BCA, so staying up to date with the training modules as they are released is critical to lifting our capability.
