Programme and funding manual

The programme and funding (P&F) manual documents policy rules and procedures that approved organisations such as road controlling authorities and regional councils must satisfy to be eligible for financial assistance from Land Transport NZ.

The P&F manual has been replaced by the Planning, Programming & Funding manual. The various editions and amendments to the P&F manual represent the version that was current for that particular financial year, for example the PFM 3rd edition was the manual version in force for the 2006/07 NLTP.
