Dangerous goods
Land Transport Rule: Dangerous Goods 2005 (the Dangerous Goods Rule) sets out requirements for safe transport of dangerous goods on land. This includes requirements for:
- packaging
- labelling and marking
- documents
- segregation
- placarding
- transport procedures
- training and driver licence endorsement
- responsibilities.
