The Te Rapa bypass urban and landscape design masterplan seeks to create an identity and ownership for the future direction of Hamilton city. It provides structure and opportunities for future land-use change whilst increasing pedestrians / cyclists' connectivity and local networks in conjunction with character of the wider Waikato River landscape.
