Personal information application
Use this transaction to request the name and address of the registered person of a motor vehicle.

Before proceeding you will need:
- the vehicle's plate number and make and model
- to be able to provide an explanation regarding why you are requesting the information
- identification (NZ Driver Licence, NZTA customer number or other form of identification, which shows name, and date of birth details
- a valid credit card or your internet banking details.
Note: The fee of $15.00 is non – refundable regardless of whether your application is approved or declined.
