COVID-19 recovery permitted activity guidance
The COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-Track Consenting) Act 2020 (Act) enables certain Waka Kotahi and KiwiRail projects relating to the operation, replacement, maintenance and minor upgrade of existing infrastructure to be considered a permitted activity, thereby avoiding the requirement for resource consent.
