Kantar Public partner and stakeholder survey results 2022

Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency has published the findings of the annual survey of our key partners and stakeholders. We commissioned Kantar Public (formerly Colmar Brunton) to survey our partners and stakeholders in June 2022 to understand how they perceive us across a number of areas. We received the results in August 2022.

The specific objectives of this research were to:

  • understand how our partners perceive current engagement with Waka Kotahi
  • identify potential improvements from the perspective of our partners
  • assess how Waka Kotahi is perceived on a number of measures included in the Waka Kotahi Statement of Performance Expectations.

We are pleased that the number of partners and stakeholders satisfied with Waka Kotahi has increased in the 2022 survey results. We have noted the areas where we could improve the way we engage and partner – these will be the focus for our action plan. We will continue to listen, learn and improve so our partners and stakeholders have increased trust and confidence in Waka Kotahi.
