We continuously aim to improve the quality of the services and information we provide and look for your help to identify areas for improvement. So, we’d like to hear from you if you have any issues, complaints or comments you’d like us to address. 

If your complaint relates to:

  • a small passenger service (taxi, shuttle, private hire or app-based service)
  • a driver license practical testing officer
  • a bus company
  • public transport timetables or services
  • vehicle inspectors and certifiers.
