You can change or cancel your booking with two full working days notice of the test date (the two working day period excludes weekends, public holidays, the day of the test and the day you make the change).
If your test is in less than two working days and you cannot attend due to COVID-19 isolation requirements, please contact us below to organise changing your test booking at no additional charge. These requests are prioritised, and we will contact you within two working days from your request to make these arrangements. Please don’t call our Customer Services Centre with these requests, due to the impacts of COVID-19 we are experiencing significant wait times. If you would like us to re-book you for the next available time and you already have a reference number from our Customer Services Centre, please include this in the form below.
