Driver Check and Transport Organisation Register Online (TORO) are safe and secure websites to check that you only have licensed drivers driving your company vehicles.
Apply for TORO if you hold a transport service licence (TSL).
If you don't hold a TSL, apply for Driver Check.

You'll need to tell us your organisation's details, your details and who should be your organisation administrator (they're responsible for inviting and managing other users).
Everyone who uses Driver Check or TORO needs a RealMe login.

Consent forms
Each driver you want to add to your operator list must fill in a consent form before you access or receive status notifications about their driver licence.
You don't need to send us these forms with this application, but you must keep the signed originals and provide them to us or the driver if we request it.

Who can complete this application
We can only accept applications from:
- a company director
- a person in control of a TSL, or
- a sole TSL holder.
If this isn't you, ask an appropriate person to complete this form instead.
