Use this form if you need to request a test at an on-demand practical test site.
On-demand tests are only available for on-road safety tests and class 2-5 tests (trucks) at certain sites.
If you need to book any other test type, you’ll need to do it online or at an agent.

If you send a request for a test type or site that isn’t an on-demand site, we won’t respond to your request.
Tests are only run at these sites when there's enough demand. VTNZ will contact you within the next 3 months to arrange your test date and time.
They'll only contact you in the week leading up to the available test date, so make sure you’re prepared for the test.
You’ll then need to go to a driver licensing agent to make your application and pay the application fee before your test.
