Auckland overnight motorway closures 19 - 24 February

The NZ Transport Agency advises of the following closures for motorway improvements. Closures start at 8:00 p.m. and finish at 5:00 a.m., unless otherwise stated. Work delayed by bad weather will be completed at the next available date, prior to Friday, 25 February.

NORTHERN MOTORWAY (SH1)

  • McClymonts Road southbound (bus) on ramp 23 February

AUCKLAND HARBOUR BRIDGE (SH1)

  • Curran Street northbound on ramp and Auckland Harbour Bridge northbound lanes one and two 22 & 24 February (approx. 7:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.)

CENTRAL MOTORWAY JUNCTION (SH1 & SH16)

  • (SH1) Fanshawe Street northbound on ramp from 18 February (midnight) to 21 February (5:00 a.m.)
  • (SH1) Northbound lanes between Nelson Street off ramp and Curran Street on ramp 20 February (approx. midnight to 5am)
  • (SH1) Wellington Street northbound on ramp 20 February (approx. midnight to 5am)
