Maintenance on State Highway 1 northbound between Greenlane and Symonds Street - 20 July

Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency advises that maintenance work on State Highway 1 (SH1) northbound between Greenlane and Symonds Street will take place between 11pm on Wednesday 20 July and 5am on Thursday 21 July.

How will you be affected?

SH1 will be closed northbound between Greenlane and Symonds Street.

The following ramps/links will also be closed. Signposted detours will be in place.

• SH1 Greenlane northbound on-ramp
• SH1 Gillies Avenue northbound on-ramp
• SH1 northbound to SH16 eastbound (Port) link
• SH1 Khyber Pass northbound off-ramp
• SH1 Wellesley Street northbound off-ramp
• SH1 Market Road northbound off-ramp
• SH1 Symonds Street northbound off-ramp
• SH northbound to SH16 westbound link
• SH1 Nelson Street northbound off-ramp

A signposted detour will direct traffic via Great South Road, Broadway, Khyber Pass Road and Grafton Road. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
