Night closures of SH3 Ōhaupō Road as Glenview bus hub nears completion

|

State Highway 3 Ōhaupō Road will be closed at night this week and light traffic detoured as the new Glenview Bus Hub near completion.

Ōhaupō Road will be closed between the Tomin Road/Saxbys Road roundabout to Resthill Crescent from 7pm to 6am from tonight Monday 20 March to Thursday 23 March and again from Sunday 26 March to Thursday 31 March.

While the state highway is closed the road surface will be milled out and a new surface laid, ready for the new bus hub to be put in operation.

Light vehicles will be detoured through nearby residential streets while trucks will be guided through the site, to minimise the disruption for local residents.

The resurfacing work is one of the last stages of the Glenview bus hub project, will be complete in early April.

More information about the project is available here:

Waka Kotahi would like to thank the Glenview community for their patience while the work is ongoing.
