SH27 north of Morrinsville CLOSED due to serious crash


The NZ Transport Agency advises motorists that State Highway 27 north of Morrinsville is CLOSED due to a serious crash.

Emergency services are at the scene which is just north of the SH27/State Highway 26 intersection, and motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.

The stretch of highway is expected to remain closed for a number of hours. A detour via SH26, No 1 Road and SH27 is in place.
