The Mangaotama Stream bridge on State Highway 39 south of Ngāhinapōuri will be closed to all traffic from 6am on Monday 13 June until 6pm on Sunday 26 June to allow the bridge deck and beams to be replaced.

State Highway 4 remains open to one lane under traffic light control for light traffic only between the intersections with State Highway 43 and Okahukura Bridge Road, north of Taumarunui, after flooding of a culvert caused a large hole to form on the side of the road yesterday.
