NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) is introducing a 10-working days stand down period for learner driver licence tests after a second failed attempt on the same day, in order to manage demand and reduce wait times.
NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi contractors will be back on site continuing safety improvement work on the State Highway 1-East Taupō Arterial from later this month.
NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi is advising motorists that a section of Moffat Road between Tauranga Adventist School and Cambridge Road (East) will be closed from Tuesday 9 January 2024 for three months, through to April 2024, as part of the Takitimu North Link project.
