The NZ Transport Agency says it has taken another significant step towards completing Auckland’s Northern Corridor, part of the Government’s accelerated programme of works, by naming a successful consortia to undertake consultation and investigation of the projects on the Northern Motorway (State Highway 1) including the Northern Busway.
Arthur’s Pass will re-open to two-lane traffic tomorrow (Friday 6 June), two weeks after 30,000 tonnes of rock and material fell onto State Highway 73, closing the road for three days.
