The NZ Transport Agency is reminding rural property owners, particularly in South Canterbury, to ensure their fences are in the best condition to contain their livestock and prevent them wandering onto the region’s roads and highways.
Recent growth projections and transport trends for the Horowhenua region have prompted the NZ Transport Agency to undertake more investigations into the Ōtaki to north of Levin project and its planned transport improvements, before consulting with the community in early 2017.
The NZ Transport Agency advises of the following closures for motorway improvements. Closures start at 9pm and finish at 5am, unless otherwise stated. Work delayed by bad weather will be completed at the next available date, prior to Friday, 24 June 2016. Please note this Traffic Bulletin is updated every Friday.
