A section of State Highway 36 Tauranga Direct Rd is expected to be closed for five nights from Sunday 30 September while the road is dug up and resealed.
The NZ Transport Agency is advising State Highway 2 Waioeka Gorge is expected to be closed for around 20 minutes on Thursday 27 September while rock removal work takes place.
