Tonight’s planned closures of State Highway 2 at the Haywards Interchange will go ahead, after high winds forced the postponement of planned work last night to lift concrete bridge beams into place for the new interchange.
High winds forecast for tonight have led to the postponement of tonight’s planned closure of State Highway 2 at the Haywards interchange, where concrete bridge beams were due to be lifted into place for the new interchange.
The NZ Transport Agency advises of the following closures for motorway improvements. Closures start at 9pm and finish at 5am, unless otherwise stated. Work delayed by bad weather will be completed at the next available date, prior to Friday, 26 August 2016. Please note this Traffic Bulletin is updated every Friday.
