The NZ Transport Agency is advising that the temporary southbound merge lane on State Highway 1 Raumati Straight is being moved one kilometre further south to Mackays Crossing next week.
Safety improvement works aimed at preventing deaths and serious injuries on the Hawke's Bay Expressway are nearing the halfway point, with most sites on the expressway expected to be completed by February next year.
