Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency says that the planned closures advertised for next week on SH73, Arthur’s Pass, will not start until Tuesday at the earliest (5 December).
Temporary detour signage for the State Highway 1B Telephone Road rail crossing closure east of Hamilton will soon be replaced with fixed signs to lower costs while the long-term future of the crossing is decided.

The Cameron Road/Fifteenth Avenue intersection will be closed to traffic at nights from 6pm Sunday 26 November to 6am Thursday, 30 November for work to resurface the intersection. The closure is expected to be in place for four nights (weather dependent).
20 November update: Despite some pretty poor weather this week, the Bay Link project team have finished the SH29A works ahead of schedule and the advertised closure will not be required tonight.
