Funding assistance rate

IFAS is a Transport Agency nationally delivered set of activities, funded 100% from the National Land Transport Fund.

Funding is approved when evidence is provided to demonstrate value for money, normally when the Board approves the budget in the Transport Agency's Statement of Performance Expectations each year.

The funding request is input to Transport Investment Online via the 'Improvement activity' module.
