This work category provides for costs associated with the management of property purchased by Transport Agency for future roading.

Examples of qualifying activities
Examples of qualifying activities include, but may not be limited to:
- for rental operations:
- valuations for rent reviews
- rates and grants
- maintenance and renewal
- management fees
- forestry
- for property disposals, the fees associated with:
- valuations
- legal surveys
- management
- real estate agents.
Other potential activities that are not in the above list should be discussed with the Transport Agency for eligibility.
Funding assistance rate
The usual funding assistance rate is:
- 100% of the Transport Agency state highway costs.
