The Auckland Harbour Bridge Shared Path project team would like to thank everyone who provided feedback in August and September around the ramp/lift options for both the southern and northern connections of the AHB Shared Path. We received an overwhelming response from the community that ramps are preferred for accessibility as well as more broadly how important a seamless connection is for people using the link and also the community.
Submissions on our emerging concept designs for the connections at Westhaven and Northcote Point closed on 5 September.
The Auckland Harbour Bridge Shared Path project team would like to thank everyone who visited our project information sessions in August, and gave us feedback either at the session or online. Your feedback is important to us and helps us with our project planning and design development. We are currently analysing and working through what you have told us and will prepare a summary of everyone's feedback which we will share with you when it is finished.
In July 2019 we held two drop-in information sessions for the community so people could meet the team, and talk with us about the shared path plans to date. Thank you to those who came along and shared their thoughts with us.
