Trench Open Day of the Memorial Park underpass held on 24 November 2013
An estimated 4000 Wellingtonians enjoyed a rare opportunity to walk through the excavated Memorial Park Underpass trench before the third phase of the project began - the building of the underpass floor, walls and roof.
