Traffic notices provide a brief overview of upcoming temporary night closures and road layout changes.

All closures are subject to change depending on weather and ground conditions. Full and/or partial (single lane) road closures have been scheduled as follows:
SH1 Southern Motorway - southbound
- Sunday 8 December - Monday 9 December: All southbound motorway lanes will be closed between Takanini Interchange and Papakura Interchange from 9:30pm at night to 5am the following morning. A southbound detour will be in place between the two interchanges along Great South Road and Beach Road.
- Wednesday 11 December - Thursday 12 December: All southbound motorway lanes will be closed between Papakura Interchange and Drury Interchange from 9pm at night to 5am the following morning. A southbound detour will be in place between the two interchanges along Beach Road and Great South Road.
SH1 Southern Motorway - northbound
- Monday 9 December: All northbound motorway lanes will be closed between Papakura Interchange and Takanini Interchange from 9pm at night to 5am the following morning. A northbound detour will be in place between the two interchanges along Beach Road and Great South Road.
- Wednesday 11 December: All northbound motorway lanes will be closed between Drury Interchange and Papakura Interchange from 9pm at night to 5am the following morning. A northbound detour will be in place between the two interchanges along Great South Road and Beach Road.
- Thursday 12 December: All northbound motorway lanes will be closed between Drury Interchange and Takanini Interchange from 9pm at night to 5am the following morning. A northbound detour will be in place between these interchanges along Great South Road.
Beach Road, Papakura
- Tuesday 10 December: All westbound lanes will be closed between Chichester Drive and the motorway over-bridge from 9pm at night to 5am the following morning. A detour towards Karaka via Beach Road, Great South Road to Drury and SH1 northbound (to exit at Papakura northbound off-ramp) will be in place.
- Thursday 12 December: If required for contingency purposes, all westbound lanes will be closed between Chichester Drive and the motorway over-bridge from 9pm at night to 5am the following morning. A detour towards Karaka via Beach Road, Great South Road to Drury and SH1 northbound (to exit at Papakura northbound off-ramp) will be in place.
Victoria Street, Drury
- Monday 9 December - Friday 13 December: One lane will be open between 18 Victoria Street (Drury Sports Complex) and Bremner Road with traffic signals in place from 7am to 6pm. The road will remain open to all traffic.
Bremner Road, Drury
- Monday 9 December - Friday 13 December: One lane will be open between the motorway overbridge and Tributary Parade with traffic signals in place from 7am to 6pm. The road and footpaths will remain open to all traffic and access will be maintained to all properties.
Motorists are advised to take extra care and follow the posted detour route/s.
