This note confirms that amendment 9 of the NZ Transport Agency’s SM030 Professional Services Contract Proforma Manual published in October 2019 is available on the Transport Agency’s website for download. This amendment to the SM030 Manual shall be implemented immediately for future contracts.
This note confirms that amendment 9 of the NZ Transport Agency’s SM030 Professional Services Contract Proforma Manual published in October 2019 is available on the Transport Agency’s website for download. This amendment to the SM030 Manual shall be implemented immediately for future contracts.
There is no change for existing highway professional services contracts, but users of the SM030 manual should now refer to Amendment 9 and no longer use any previous version for new professional services contracts. The amended State highway professional services contract proforma manual is available on the Transport Agency’s website for download.
The State highway professional services contract proforma manual has been reviewed and updates made to correct outdated references and information.
The changes to State highway professional services contract proforma manual are mainly editorial and, while necessary to be legally correct, largely immaterial from a user process viewpoint. A summary of amendments is attached as Appendix 1, to this technical advice note and is also is available on the Transport Agency’s website for download.
