Unsealed pavements: digout repairs

This specification sets out the requirements for repairs to the pavement structure in unsealed roads, where a digout is required. This specification will be withdrawn in 2011 as it has been replaced by HM23 Unsealed pavements. However, if TNZ C13 is referred to in existing contract documents then you may continue to use it.
