This temporary class exemption notice applies to any public transport service bus of class MD3, MD4, or ME fitted with a front-mounted bicycle rack. It allows these buses to have a bicycle rack without the need to verify its low speed turning performance, provided size limits are met.
Commencement:
This notice comes into force on 7 October 2022.
Expiry:
This notice expires at the close of 30 September 2026.
