As of 1 January 2017, the Singapore emissions exemptions document, a Transport Agency list of exemption-eligible vehicles, ceased to be valid. The exemption from land transport vehicle rules application form can now be found on the NZ Transport Agency's vehicle inspection portal.(external link)
