Industry Advisory Group

The Industry Advisory Group (IAG) is a forum made up of Waka Kotahi and NOC Suppliers. The IAG was set up at the commencement of the maintenance and operations review and was key in developing the NOC model and procurement process. since the implementation of the NOC model the IAG’s role has evolved to focus on a number of key areas:

  • Building strong and lasting relationships between suppliers and the Waka Kotahi Maintenance & Operations team.
  • Provide forum for open discussions on any industry-wide issues.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements to how Waka Kotahi managers and delivers Maintenance & Operations.
  • Assist in the development and/or review of any NOC clarifications and contract changes prior to release to the wider industry.
  • Provide alignment with the Industry Liaison Meeting - Maintenance Working Groups.
