Network outcomes contracts (NOC) submit innovative practices to Waka Kotahi Transport Agency as part of KRA reporting. Proprietary innovations approved to date have been summarised in the following register:

Network outcomes contracts are performance based, using key performance indicators to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
The NOC specifies the key result areas (KRA) and key performance indicators (KPI) to be measured to evaluate the overall performance of the Contractor.
