The National Land Transport Programme (NLTP) is our key commitment with the sector for how we will use national land transport funding to provide all users of the transport system with a safe, integrated network they can rely on.
The dialogues are intended to help guide conversations between the Transport Agency and other approved organisations and regional transport committees, and other stakeholders, as we progress towards the 2018-21 National Land Transport Programme.
This timeline outlines the key high-level dates, milestones and deadlines for the development of the 2018-21 NLTP.
The Business Case Approach (BCA) is the way the transport sector plans, develops and invests in transport activities for the upcoming 2018–2021 NLTP.
The draft 2018–21 State highway investment proposal (SHIP) is the Transport Agency’s state highway activity management plan. It sets out our proposed investment programme for maintaining, operating and improving the state highway network as part of a national integrated land transport system over the next three, six, and 10 years.
We’re making improvements in our investment decision making system.
