If the tunnel is closed for maintenance or you're driving a vehicle which is not allowed to use the tunnels, you can use this route. Simply follow the orange triangle or the SH16 / SH20 red shields on the signs along way.

Each tunnel has three lanes and connects two busy motorways. This map will help you familiarise yourself with the road layout and the lanes you will need to use for the journeys you make.

Switching lanes increases the likelihood of an incident and delays to your journey, so please choose, safely move into and stay in your lane.
